Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll send you an itemized work order for review and approval. A 1/3rd deposit is typically required to reserve your place in our production schedule and initiate material procurement and build measure and CAD drawings.
Our team will visit your site to take precise measurements. This also provides an opportunity to finalize any changes to your design. Within a few business days, you’ll receive a CAD drawing of your custom product for your review and sign-off.
This stage is the most time-intensive, as our products are custom fabricated. To begin this step, a second payment of 1/3rd is typically required to cover fabrication labor and powder coating costs. In some cases, we may also perform an on-site test fit during this stage to ensure proper fitment. Once fabrication is complete, your product will be powder-coated for a durable, long-lasting finish.
Upon completion of production and powder coating, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient installation time. Our crew will deliver and install the product, perform a thorough cleanup, and complete a walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction. The final balance will be due upon completion.
