I recently had my old ugly wooden railings replaced with iron ones and I could not be happier with the results! Aesthetically they came out beautifully, but beyond that, what really impressed me was the professionalism and attention to detail that went into this project. Cory was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He showed me examples of what would work with my space, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was meticulous with measuring. I was not present for the install, but Cory called me that evening to make sure I was happy with the finished product. This is not your typical business owner. We had Cory with Volunteer State Railing design, build, and install custom gates for our vacation cabin in Tennessee. The cabin has a deck with an opening to the driveway and an opening to a spiral staircase. We wanted something that would stop our dog from running away and also prevent the grandkids from wandering into the driveway or falling down the spiral staircase. Cory designed and installed beautiful custom metal gates that matched the style of our cabin and current railings, even adding a vine design to tie in with our interior stairway. The powder coating perfectly matched the colors on the spiral staircase. These gates have been great for us, and now we no longer worry about our dog or grandkids.
